NAP (Nucleic Acid Preservation) Buffer 3ML with two Luer cap Male / Female
This Nucleic Acid Preservation buffer is specifically formulated for the preservation of environmental DNA (eDNA). It is ideal for the collection, transport, and long-term stabilization of eDNA samples used in ecological and biodiversity studies. When cryopreservation is not feasible, the NAP buffer provides an economical solution for preserving eDNA at ambient temperature for at least 10 months. The buffer works by stabilizing and protecting extracellular and intracellular DNA in environmental samples, deactivating nucleases, and preventing degradation during storage and transport.
The buffer has been aseptically filtered to 0.2 microns and is manufactured using ultra-pure DNAse-free water, ensuring optimal performance for eDNA applications.
95kPa Bag For Biological Substance Packing , 95kPa Specimen Transport Bag
The ai650® 95kPa Biohazard Specimen Transportation Bag are qualified to withstand the requirement of ICAO Packaging Instruction 650 and the CFR 49, Parts 100 to 195 and thus ensure the safety during the Transportation of Dangerous Goods or Biohazard Materials by Air.
The bags were developed for carriage of dangerous or biohazard substances in conditions of the inside/outside pressure differential of not less than 95kPa. Also the sealed bag with dangerous materials inside can withstands a temperate in between -40°C and +55°C (or between -40°F and +131°F).
Each of the bag have a absorbent pocket sleeve inside which is capable of holding 7 cryogenic vials and with a absorbency of minimum 200ml.
Bag Filter Effortless Environmental Sampling
This Bag Filter is designed to simplify environmental sampling by effectively separating debris and sediment from water samples. Its innovative lateral non-woven filter with <280 micrometer porosity allows for easy filtration of particles, reducing challenges such as clogging during sample collection and processing. This makes it ideal for applications where debris or mud could interfere with downstream analysis, such as in eDNA sampling, water quality testing, or ecological monitoring.
